Sideline Cheerleading

2026 MYAA Sideline Cheerleading Season Registration Opens May 1st!

Calling all girls & boys with spirit! Come join us while we cheer on the Medford Renegades Football team! This is sideline cheer ONLY. We will have practices twice a week starting in August and then drop to once per week once school starts (days TBD as this is based on volunteer availability). We will cheer home games and travel to most away games on Saturdays. Participants will learn cheers and chants, level appropriate stunting, jumps, sideline dances, teamwork and have a ton of fun with your new cheer friends!

Registration closes on June 1st, so don’t delay. The cheer season is from August - end of November or beginning of December if our teams go to playoffs. We wrap up the season with our yearly cheer banquet in December.

Be on the look out for registration for our summer sideline camp where athletes learn all the basics they will need for the season. There is an additional registration fee, and registration for this will open by June. ALL athletes attending camp MUST register to attend.

This program cannot run without volunteer coaches so please consider supporting this program by volunteering.

If there is a large wait list, we may offer those to come off the wait list and form a second squad that cheers for the JV team on Sundays.

Come join our squad where your child can build confidence and make new friends! Go Blue!
